Pinetop for Mother's Day

We packed everyone up and went to Pinetop for Mother's Day. The weather was just perfect. Just the week before they had a pretty good snow storm, so even Steve's parents were excited about the weather. The first thing we do when we get to Pinetop is ride the 4-wheelers. It's Jacob's favorite. He asks several times a week if we are going to Pinetop. I'm sure all the kids love it because mom and dad have time to just play. It's really a wonderful and usually much needed break.

Steve and the boys on the 4-wheeler. Jacob in the front, Nathan and Dallin.Dallin and Nathan ready for the ride. Dirty faces = good times.

Steve's mom tickling Dallin's face. He loved it.

The kids climbing on a huge fallen tree. Look at the beautiful sky.

The kids helping Grandma clean up the picnic.

Haley worked hard to build a bridge, but we didn't stay long enough.

I love this picture with Nathan and our sweet Roxie. She is such a patient dog and Nathan thinks he is SO funny.

All of us on the rim walk.

Haley and I enjoying the breeze and the bad angle.

Cool action shot of Sammy running. The kids found a lizzard and it dropped it's tail. They liked holding the tail as it wiggled.

Nathan sweet talking Grandpa into holding him.

Dallin watching Grandpa and Nathan giggle.

Dallin notices little things like ant and bugs and other little details. He likes looking at pictures. I missed the shot of him with his bum in the air looking at the ants. So cute.

Sunday evening we drove from Pinetop to Thatcher to see the Gila Valley Temple. Steve kept calling it the Gila River Temple. We could help but to sing the Gila River Casino jingle.

Here's our room at the Comfort Inn. It was pretty nice for small town. We got the medium suite so we could fit the 2 porta-cribs in there. It was perfect. And, the dog was good. :)

Here we are on our way over to the temple.
